Exclusive Services

We are now offering full orthodontic treatment on mild to moderate cases using Clear Aligners. Dr. Marshall works alongside a licensed orthodontist to design treatment plans to fix crowding, spacing and even midline shifts. Clear aligners have become a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional braces and have become increasingly popular amongst adults with misaligned teeth.

Impressions

Impressions and photos are taken to submit to the orthodontic lab. About a week later, our office will receive a digital presentation showing all movements and before and after results.

Case Presentation

We will present your case to you so that you can visually see what your final result will look like once the treatment is complete. The lab will also give us the total number of trays needed and the time frame necessay to complete treatment. How many trays you will need depends on the severity of your case. We will also be able to quote you for your total cost at this time. If you approve the treatment, our lab will begin constructing your clear aligner trays right away.

Delivery

After about a week, you will return to our office for us to deliver your first set of trays. Some cases require "buttons," which are subtle, tooth-colored grips that help the aligner generate enough force to move the teeth. Aligner trays are routinely swapped out every 2 to 3 weeks until the teeth are straight and aligned. We do ask that you visit our office every 1-1 1/2 months for us to monitor you progress.

Treatment Completion

After completing your last tray, your treatment will be finished. If there are small adjustments or changes that you or Dr. Marshall would like to make, we would be able to do it at this time.

So, how is it done?...
